Electric Actuated Butterfly Valve — Description
The Electric Actuated Butterfly Valve features excellent flow capacity, high control precision, reliable sealing performance, and lightweight construction. It is widely used in food processing, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical, education and research equipment, and electric power industries as part of industrial automation control systems.
Electric Actuator Features
- Compact Design: The smallest and most compact actuator within a torque range of 1000 Nm to 2500 Nm.
- Durable Gear System: Equipped with an extra-large, super-hard copper alloy final-stage worm gear to minimize force and wear.
- High Torque Transmission: Double-row chain transmission between the gearbox and worm gear stem ensures superior torque strength.
- Powerful Motor: Fitted with a high-torque motor capable of delivering start-up torque exceeding the rated torque by 10%, even under 10% below rated voltage.
- Extended Service Life: Successfully tested for over 10,000 full-stroke cycles under full rated load with an 80% duty rating.
- Versatile Compatibility: Suitable for up to DN650 butterfly valves, DN350 ball valves, and DN1200 ventilation butterfly and flap valves.
- Manual Override: Includes manual operation via wrench or de-clutchable handwheel for emergency use.
- Certifications: CSA certified per UL standards, CE marked, and compliant with RoHS 3.0 requirements.
