Features
Soft seal butterfly valve
- Body type: wafer or lug
- Body material: Ductile iron, SS304(CF8), SS316(CF8M)

- O ring seal: Provides a seal to interior stem and bushings.
- Bushings: Provide correct alignment of shaft through the body and reduces torque.
- Stem seal: Positive seal in both directions to prevent leakage.
- Bi-directional body & seat design, replaceable seat optional
- Backed seat support: Prevents stem leakage and high valve torque from poor installation.

Description
DCL concentric soft seal butterfly valves are widely used for Commercial Heating & Air Conditioning, Wastewater & Water Treatment, Seawater/Desalination, Food & Beverage Processing, Pulp & Paper Processing, oil & gas etc.
NBR seat is always used for oil related medium.
EPDM is the most commonly used material with medium temperature ≤ 200℃.
PTFE seat is always used for high temperature medium that is ≤ 300℃, and also has the best chemical stability.
