The DCL-02 is a compact electric valve actuator weighing approximately 1.2 kg, designed for small ball valves, butterfly valves and other equipment requiring adjustable 0–90° rotary motion. Its small footprint suits valve automation applications where installation space is limited.

Torque and Operating Time

The standard configuration delivers 16 N·m output torque with a 15-second operating time. An optional configuration provides 9 N·m at 7 seconds, offering a faster operating option for applications with lower torque requirements. Select the torque and travel-time combination against the valve’s actual operating load.

Enclosure and Application Conditions

The DCL-02 features an IP67 enclosure and an ambient operating temperature range of −25°C to +55°C. Applications include water treatment, HVAC, building automation, fire-water systems and compact industrial piping equipment, subject to project requirements. The ambient temperature rating applies to the actuator’s surroundings, rather than the process fluid.

Direct-Mount Interfaces

ISO 5211 F03, F04 and F05 mounting interfaces are available with 9 × 9 mm or 11 × 11 mm drive squares. The permitted valve-stem height is up to 16 mm.

Before ordering, check the valve flange, stem dimensions, mounting clearance and operating torque. Nominal valve diameter alone is insufficient for final actuator selection.

Power Supply and Control Options

Available power supplies include 12V DC, 24V DC, 24V AC, 110V AC and 220V AC. Control options include on/off operation, intermediate-position stopping and modulating control, depending on the selected power supply and circuit.

Control functions are configuration-specific. Confirm the required command signal, feedback arrangement and wiring before integrating the actuator into the control system.
