Product Description
The DCL-02 is a subminiature quarter-turn electric actuator weighing approximately 1.2 kg. It is designed for small ball valves, butterfly valves and other devices requiring adjustable 0–90° rotary motion.
Its standard configuration provides 16 Nm output torque with a 15-second operating time, while the listed maximum torque is 24 Nm. Optional configurations include 7 seconds at 9 Nm and 30 seconds at 25 Nm, allowing the operating speed to be matched to the valve torque requirement.
The actuator has an IP67 enclosure and a stated ambient-temperature range of -25°C to +55°C. Typical applications include water treatment, HVAC, building automation, fire-water systems, industrial equipment and small automated piping systems.
ISO 5211 F03, F04 and F05 direct-mount interfaces are available with 9*9 mm or 11*11 mm drive squares. The permitted valve-stem height is up to 16 mm. The valve flange, stem dimensions and actual operating torque should be checked before ordering rather than selecting the actuator by nominal valve diameter alone.
Depending on the power supply and control circuit, the DCL-02 can provide on-off operation, intermediate-position control or modulating control. Available power supplies include DC12V, DC24V, AC24V, AC110V and AC220V, making the actuator suitable for compact equipment and low-voltage valve-automation systems.
