The DCL weatherproof quarter-turn electric actuator is designed for valve automation in water treatment, wastewater systems, HVAC, building automation, power generation, marine equipment, paper processing and general industrial applications.

The range includes models from DCL-02 to DCL-300, with standard output torque from 16 to 3000 Nm. IP67 is standard on the main product range, while IP68 is available on selected configurations. The stated ambient-temperature range is -25°C to +55°C.

ISO 5211 direct-mount interfaces are available for compatible ball valves, butterfly valves and other rotary valves. The flange size, drive square, valve-stem height and required operating torque should be checked before ordering.

Control configurations include on-off operation, passive-contact feedback, resistance feedback and modulating control. Modulating versions accept 4–20 mA, 1–5 VDC or 2–10 VDC commands and provide 4–20 mA valve-position feedback. The specified basic error is no more than ±1%, with repeatability error no more than 1%.

Optional functions include an anti-condensation heater for humid environments, Modbus RTU communication, over-torque protection, manual operation and stored-energy fail-safe return. IP68 should not be interpreted as approval for permanent underwater service unless the required immersion depth and duration are separately confirmed.
