The DCL-02 series electric actuators are designed for valve automation applications where installation space is limited. Featuring a compact aluminum alloy die-cast housing, the actuator delivers powerful performance within an ultra-small footprint.

With a standard output torque of 16 Nm and a 15-second operating time, the series also offers an optional 25 Nm output torque with 30-second operation speed. The actuator supports 360° multi-angle installation, providing flexible mounting solutions for complex pipeline layouts.

Designed for modular valve integration, the actuator adopts a standardized mounting interface fully compliant with ISO 5211 specifications, enabling direct installation on butterfly valves up to DN40 and ball valves up to DN32.

With a standard IP67 protection rating and optional IP68, the DCL-02 series provides reliable performance in demanding environments. It is widely used for precise control of liquid level, flow, and pressure in HVAC systems, fire protection systems, water treatment facilities, chemical equipment, and food processing machinery.

For advanced process control applications, the modulating versions (Type E/GEY) integrate a built-in industrial servo controller with resin encapsulation technology, providing excellent resistance against vibration, moisture, and environmental stress. Supporting standard 4–20mA, 1–5V, and 2–10V DC control signals, the actuator enables accurate valve positioning and stable continuous regulation.
