Description

The DCL-02G is custom-engineered for high-security industrial sites that adopt 12VDC or 24VDC safety power supply standards. Its dedicated low-voltage design fundamentally mitigates electrical safety risks, delivering maximum protection for on-site operating personnel.

It is equipped with a built-in rare-earth permanent magnet motor, which produces far higher magnetic flux than ordinary ferrite motors. This enables the actuator to output outstanding torque and achieve high power density while maintaining an ultra-compact structure. In addition, the motor features excellent load stability performance. Unlike conventional DC motors that easily suffer speed deviation under changing loads, the DCL-02G sustains steady running speed amid varying load conditions. Such high operational precision enables smooth valve regulation, effectively reduces equipment vibration, and keeps heat generation at a low level—ensuring stable, efficient and durable operation even in the harshest working conditions.
