Description

The DCL-02 series electric actuators are engineered for space-constrained valve automation applications, featuring a full aluminum alloy die-cast casing with a subminiature volume smaller than a standard pop can. This series delivers a standard output torque of 16 Nm with a travel time of 15 seconds (optional 25 Nm / 30 seconds), and supports 360° all-round mounting at any angle to adapt to limited-space pipeline layouts. For modular fluid automation, the actuator features a standardized interface fully compliant with ISO5211 specifications , directly driving butterfly valves up to DN40 and ball valves up to DN32.

Engineered with a standard IP67 enclosure protection rating (IP68 optional), the DCL-02 series is widely deployed for precision regulation of liquid level, flow, and pressure within industrial HVAC, fire fighting, and water treatment systems, as well as chemical and food processing machineries. For control loop integration, the modulating versions (Type E/GEY) incorporate an on-board industrial servo-controller fully protected via a robust resin plastic package to resist shock and humidity. It supports standardized 4-20mA, 1-5V, or 2-10V DC input/output control loops, ensuring precise valve positioning and dead-beat orientation during continuous modulating processes.
