DCL Explosion-proof Actuators are engineered for use in over 90% of explosive gas environments (excluding underground collieries). Both motors and electronic components are housed in fire-rated enclosures. The machining precision of all mating surfaces is strictly controlled and inspected throughout the supply chain to ensure flameproof gaps are tight enough to contain internal sparks.

The aluminum housing is high-pressure die-cast using significantly higher tonnage than standard series, resulting in a denser structure capable of withstanding extreme internal explosion pressures. All flamepaths and joints are designed in accordance with ATEX and UL standards, having undergone precision machining and rigorous testing prior to assembly. For seamless integration, the actuators feature standard ISO5211 multi-flange mounting and a double square drive for easy installation.
