Super torque miniature electric actuator with two auxiliary limit switches
Description

The DCL-02B is designed to drive valves or swinging arms with a travel angle of up to 90°. The motor features an automatic shut-off mechanism triggered by internal cams and limit switches. For enhanced reliability, two additional passive auxiliary limit switches are integrated to provide precise valve position feedback.

Its unique, ultra-compact design incorporates a final-stage worm gear drive to ensure superior self-locking performance. DCL also offers customized solutions to meet specialized requirements; all actuator series can be configured with a programmable intermediate position between the fully open and fully closed states. Furthermore, wiring diagrams can be tailored to specific customer demands.

Actuators with intermediate position control are ideal for applications requiring multi-port flow management, such as T-type 3-way ball valves. All units are rigorously tested and certified by CSA to meet stringent UL and CSA standards.
