Super torque miniature electric actuator with two auxiliary limit switches
Description

The DCL-02B compact electric actuator is engineered to drive valves or swinging arms with a maximum operating angle of 90 degrees. Its motor automatically halts when internal cams strike the limit switches, while two additional passive-contact auxiliary switches provide precise valve position confirmation. Featuring an innovative, ultra-compact design, the actuator utilizes a final-stage worm gear drive to guarantee reliable self-locking functionality. To meet specialized operational requirements, DCL offers extensive customization services, including bespoke wiring diagrams and the ability to configure an intermediate stopping position between the fully open and fully closed states. This intermediate control feature is highly beneficial for complex applications, such as T-type 3-way ball valves. Furthermore, to ensure uncompromised safety and durability, all DCL actuators are rigorously tested against strict UL and CSA standards and proudly carry CSA certification.
