The actuator is designed for use in most explosive gas environments, excluding coal mining applications. The motor and electronic components are specially treated with flame-retardant protection to enhance safety in hazardous areas.

The machining accuracy of all flameproof joint surfaces is strictly controlled and inspected throughout the supply chain to ensure the required flameproof gaps are maintained, effectively preventing internal sparks from igniting external explosive gases.

The aluminum alloy housing is manufactured through high-pressure die casting with higher casting pressure than conventional electric actuator housings. This process improves material density and enables the enclosure to withstand higher internal explosion pressure.

All enclosure joint surfaces are designed in accordance with ATEX and UL requirements. Each flameproof connection surface is precisely machined and tested before assembly to ensure compliance with explosion-proof protection standards.

The actuator features a standardized ISO5211 multi-flange mounting interface and double-square drive design, allowing quick and flexible installation with various quarter-turn valves.
