Description

The enclosures of DCL explosion-proof electric actuators are produced using high-tonnage die-casting equipment, resulting in a denser structure free of micro-porosity. Compared with standard actuator models, the housing walls are designed with increased thickness to withstand internal explosion pressure.

The integrity of the flameproof joint surface (cylinder-stop mating surface) is critical to safety performance. Any scratches, dimensional deviations, insufficient flame path length, corrosion, or cracks are strictly unacceptable. To ensure full compliance, every enclosure undergoes 100% inspection upon receipt from suppliers.

DCL explosion-proof actuators have been officially tested by CSA and comply with ATEX, UL, and CSA standards, enabling certified use in Europe, North America, and other regions requiring explosion-proof equipment.
