Features
- 90° operation with mechanical limits
- ExdIIBT4 for ATEX/UL Zone system and Group C, D T4 for UL Division system
- Cylinder stop type flame proof connection surfaces per ATEX and UL standard, 100% supplier quality tests for machining precision
- Double lip skeleton oil seal and O-ring seal to ensure protection grade to IP68
- Hard die cast aluminum alloy enclosure to ensure actuator's resistance of high explosion pressure(＞2.2 MPa)
- Non-ventilated motor with fire treatment
- Stainless steel valve indicator with 10mm tempered glass, keep strong hardness from -30℃ to 60℃, -22F to 140F
- Manual override with Allen wrench or Handwheel
- ISO5211 multi flange mounting
Description
DCL explosion proof quick open electric actuators are widely used in environment with flammable gases to drive butterfly valves and ball valves. Kinds of output speed are optional per automation system requirements. Since multi head worm gear is used to improve transmission efficiency, we add relay inside actuator to ensure no leakage and no back drive when driving butterfly valves.
