The new model continues DCL’s commitment to combining advanced engineering with practical performance. Despite its compact size — even smaller than a beverage can — the actuator delivers up to 18Nm of torque within just 15 seconds, making it ideal for small-diameter ball valves (below DN32) and butterfly valves (below DN40).
Built with a fully aluminum alloy enclosure, the actuator ensures IP67 protection, exceptional corrosion resistance, and stable operation across a wide temperature range from -25°C to 55°C. Its lightweight yet robust structure allows for 360° installation flexibility, meeting the demanding requirements of modern industrial environments such as water treatment, chemical processing, energy systems, and HVAC automation.
In addition to mechanical improvements, the new DCL ultra-compact actuator introduces intelligent control options for both on/off and modulating applications. Users can select DC24V or AC220V power inputs, and benefit from stable rotation speed and precise torque output, ensuring smooth flow control and perfect valve sealing in every cycle.
