Evaluating actuator stability in complex electromagnetic environments requires specific circuit protection parameters. First, the equipment must possess a strong surge protection circuit capable of resisting a 1kV lightning surge waveform, ensuring it will not be burned when used outdoors. Second, the interface circuit must feature 4kV anti-EFT (Electrical Fast Transient) capabilities to protect the actuator from external interference and ensure that valve open-close control remains highly reliable. Furthermore, if the external power supply is unexpectedly disconnected due to lightning strikes, the equipment should feature a fail-safe return function, driving the valve to a preset safety position (full-close, full-open, or current position) using internal energy storage.
Dynamic (DCL) explosion-proof electric actuators are equipped with a multi-functional integrated circuit board, providing a reliable terminal control solution for high-interference industrial environments. The control circuit integrates 1kV surge resistance and 4kV anti-EFT interface circuits, effectively guaranteeing signal consistency under complex conditions, while also supporting the Modbus-RTU field bus.
