Description

 

DCL provide customized valve bracket design service for both quarter turn and multiturn valve. Automatic diaphragm valves or needle valves, are commonly actuated by pneumatic actuators or linear electric actuators, and integral designed with actuators. While for some manual valve that needs to upgrade to control valve, there is no need to change whole valve. DCL can help customer to design and manufacture a suitable valve bracket per valves’ CAD drawings.

DC brushless motor’s speed is proportional to voltage and inversely proportional to output torque. Its output torque is proportional to current. So current value is used to precisely show real-time torque value and do over torque protection. This motor provides large start-up torque with strong overload capability. Permanent magnet rotor has lower temperature rise during operation than AC motor.
